Focused on food safety and quality technology development and commercialization for more than 18 years, Karim helped many major international food companies leverage technology to materially increase their production of safe food having exceptional quality while improving their PnL.  He is the inventor of award winning technologies recognized by global organizations including IFT and IAFP, with Novolyze likewise achieving recognition as a top deep tech company by the European Council for Innovation. He founded and presently leads Novolyze bringing global executive experience heading food technology at companies such as Nestlé, Ferrero, and Sigma Alimentos.  Karim holds Msc degrees in food engineering and business development.
