Vos challenges
- Rattaché au responsable scientifique de l’entreprise, votre mission commence par la participation active à l’élaboration des offres technicocommerciales pour les études clients ;
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le département commercial afin d’élaborer les offres les plus adéquates pour nos clients, avec le laboratoire pour la réalisation des expérimentations, ainsi qu’avec les autres pôles (commercial, qualité et administratif) ;
- Vous réalisez les rapports d’études et présentez vos résultats à votre client, tant en externe (étude clients) qu’en interne (étude R&D). A cette occasion, vous pouvez être amené(e) à manipuler en laboratoire, sur des produits alimentaires et avec des micro-organismes de niveau 1 ou 2 ;
- Vous êtes constamment à la recherche d’un niveau de performance élevé et d’amélioration continue (montée en compétence de vos collaborateurs, participation au système qualité, feedback aux équipes lors de suivis trimestriels et annuels) ;
- Vous vous déplacez ponctuellement à travers le monde pour réaliser des études techniques chez nos clients (validation de procédés industriels, participation à des congrès).

Profil
Ingénieur/M2 et/ou docteur en agroalimentaire ou en microbiologie, vous avez acquis une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans la réalisation d’études techniques en agroalimentaire et/ou en microbiologie. Organisé(e), vous possédez une fibre commerciale prononcée et comprenez facilement les attentes des industriels sur les questions de sécurité alimentaire. La satisfaction client est importante à vos yeux.

Vous partagez nos valeurs d’Engagement, d’Ambition et d’Esprit d’équipe et parlez couramment l’anglais.
