SurroNovTM Applications

Novolyze surrogate microorganisms have been qualified for a wide range of food ingredients and food equipment. Our initial TDT work has focused on Salmonella and Cronobacter Sakazakii as target pathogens. Additional R&D is currently being carried out for other pathogens of interest.
