How everything began

Founded in 2012, Novolyze is a fast-growing company specialized in food safety microbiology with a main focus on the development of innovative products and services to help food companies worldwide manufacture safer food products.
2016
Commercial launch of the surrogate microorganisms
2015
Novolyze raises funding to accelerate its market development and opens its new facility in France and in the USA
2014
Novolyze becomes member of a European consortium and wins the Genopole grand prize for innovative biotechnology companies
2013
Novolyze is awarded by The French Bank for Public Investment (BPI) for its innovative project
2012
Karim-Franck Khinouche and Nicolas Braun found Novolyze and launch the research program on new surrogate microorganisms development
